Hugo’s Cornish Granola is a celebration of craftsmanship and flavour. Like all our cereals, it is created
with taste and quality at the forefront. We begin with whole oats, a superfood in their own right, before layering in a considered blend of seeds and naturally sweet dried fruits for sustained energy and depth.
Each batch is then gently coated in honey, Grade A maple syrup and golden syrup, allowing the grains to caramelise slowly as they roast. This patient, low-temperature process develops a rich, golden crunch that sets our granola apart. A final lift of fresh orange zest adds brightness, creating a balance of warmth and citrus that feels unmistakably Hugo’s.
