1. Account & order sizes
- Trade only: wholesale accounts are for businesses buying products to sell or serve to their own customers.
- Minimum orders: minimum order quantities vary by product.
- Annual target: to keep your wholesale pricing, you need to place a minimum total amount of orders over every 12-month period. If your annual order total drops below this, your account may be downgraded or paused.
2. Prices & VAT
- No VAT: our wholesale prices do not include VAT (no VAT charged).
- Price changes: prices can change at any time. Your order will always be charged at the price listed on the date your invoice is issued.
3. Payment & stock availability
- Pay upfront: all orders must be paid in full before we pick, pack, or send your goods.
- No stock reservation: placing an order does not hold or reserve stock for you. Items are allocated only after payment clears, so availability may change until your payment is received.
- How to pay: bank transfer (free) using the details on your invoice or order email, or online card payment (subject to a £5 fee per order).
4. Delivery
- Free delivery: spend £140 or more and delivery is free.
- Standard delivery: orders under £140 have a £6 delivery fee.
5. Missing or damaged items
- Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives.
- If anything is missing, damaged, or not up to standard, let us know in writing within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept claims or issue refunds reported after 24 hours.
6. Where you can sell
- You can sell our products at your business premises, in your restaurant/cafe, or on your own official website.
- You cannot sell our products on third-party sites or apps (like Amazon, eBay, or delivery apps) without our written permission. Doing so will lead to account termination.
